Mark has over 25 years of litigation experience. He has conducted litigation for local authorities, banks, finance companies, insolvency practitioners, insurers, builders, property developers, charitable organisations, companies and individuals. He takes a tactical approach and has a good track record of achieving favourable results for his clients. He has particular strengths in contract disputes and defending negligence claims.

In recent years, Mark has acted for both local authorities and private clients in numerous defective building cases whilst maintaining a broad and varied general practice.
