More recently, she has appeared as counsel in a number of prominent weathertightness cases, having acted for a balanced mix of homeowners, architects, builders, insurers and local authorities.
Another niche area of Georgina’s expertise is insurance litigation and advice work. She has defended professional indemnity, public liability and material damage claims brought against local authorities, solicitors, accountants and a variety of other insured parties. Georgina also has broad experience in insurance law in assessing indemnity, liability and risk management issues.
She appears frequently in the District and High Courts across the country although she has also notched up experiences in a wide range of specialist tribunals too, such as coroner hearings, liquor licensing matters and the Weathertight Homes Tribunal to name a few.

Georgina particularly enjoys providing candid, strategic advice to clients tailored to their business or personal needs.
